The Photobook Exhibition

Benaki Museum | until 31 July

In recognition of the increasing importance of the photobooks within contemporary photographic practice, Athens Photo Festival presents a specific exhibition dedicated to the form of book.
The festival is pleased to show a selection of over 350 new photobooks from all over the world, including books independently or commercially published and distributed, handmade, self-published, book dummies, exhibition catalogues, zines, limited edition photography books etc. The exhibited titles have been selected through an international open submission process.  The exhibition takes place at the Benaki Museum (Pireos Annexe), providing an opportunity for the audience to explore the diversity of contemporary photographic books.
